ALCHEMIE is Nancy Haubrich and Bob Danielson.

ALCHEMIE is a full time, professional band proudly based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA that plays original and modern rock and pop. Two songs from ALCHEMIE’S new CD “dark” and a cover song were nominated for New Mexico Music AwardsListen!ABQ named ALCHEMIE  “Artist of the Month” for March 2017; KOB—TV4 taped live performances of songs from “dark” for the Good Day New Mexico program and will air them throughout 2017; Albuquerque the Magazine featured an interview of the band in the May 2017 issue; ALCHEMIE is getting radio airplay for "dark" on KUNM FM 89.9; and on May 1, ALCHEMIE was interviewed by Alpha-Omega KAZQ TV-32 for upcoming broadcast.

Haubrich (Writing, Keys, Lead and Harmony Vocals) and Danielson (Arrangement, Drums, Lead and Harmony Vocals) were drawn to Albuquerque by its world-class music and arts scene.  Since forming ALCHEMIE in October 2015, they have performed at high-profile venues and concert series such as the Hotel Andaluz, Hyatt Tamaya Summer Music Series, ABQ Sunport Serenade Music Series, “Art in the Afternoon” Series at the ABQ Museum, Sandia Casino Music Series, and the Ski Santa Fe outdoor concert on Labor Day 2016.

In 2016, in addition to frequent performing, they produced and recorded their new 10-song CD, “dark,” showcased on “Featured Artists, March 2016” by Albuquerque's premier music portal, live!abq.com, and were interviewed live on “The Warrior Connection” radio show by Dr. Doug Rokke and Bonnie Rokke Tinnes about how music can benefit veterans.  Their 2016 hip-hop song “Straight Outta Kittson” was featured in numerous newspaper articles and web sites in Minnesota, including use as a fundraiser for the Kittson County Historical Society.  As event headliner, they donated an on-site performance to the Habitat for Humanity’s “ReStore Rocks 2016” event to support Habitat’s community services and goals.

Prior to moving to Albuquerque, Haubrich toured and played in the Midwest and SF Bay Area; her song “Grandpa’s Tree” is the title track for the 75th Reunion, Lancaster, Minnesota DVD.  She wrote, produced and recorded the “Cold Rain” CD and performed with Deborah I’yall of Romeo Void (415 Records, Columbia Records) at the Great American Music Hall and other SF venues.

When in San Francisco, Danielson toured the United States and played extended engagements in England and Japan.  His performing and recording credits include the following, among others:
